    Descri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Nasp, ou Needle Access Subdural Port, \u00e9 um sistema minimamente invasivo de drenagem de hematomas subdurais, que permite a retirada do sangue acumulado entre o c\u00e9rebro e o cr\u00e2nio sem a necessidade de craniotomia (incis\u00e3o no cr\u00e2nio).<\/p>\n

    A t\u00e9cnica consiste na drenagem do hematoma subdural (por baixa press\u00e3o negativa), atrav\u00e9s de um conector inserido na calota craniana por uma incis\u00e3o de 5mm.<\/p>\n

    INDICA\u00c7\u00c3O E CONTRAINDICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Nasp \u00e9 indicado para hematomas subdurais subagudos e cr\u00f4nicos<\/strong>, promovendo a drenagem do hematoma e expans\u00e3o do c\u00e9rebro sem entrar no espa\u00e7o subdural.<\/p>\n

    NASP \u00e9 contraindicado em hematomas subdurais agudos<\/strong> se uma craniotomia pode ser realizada com seguran\u00e7a, exceto nos casos em que um centro cir\u00fargico ou um neurocirurgi\u00e3o n\u00e3o est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis, ou o paciente \u00e9 de alto risco para uma craniotomia e\/ou anestesia geral.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    DIFERENCIAIS\/VANTAGENS EM RELA\u00c7\u00c3O A CRANIOTOMIA, TREPANA\u00c7\u00c3O E OUTROS DRENOS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Muito menos invasivo que uma craniotomia<\/li>\n
    • A anestesia pode ser local<\/li>\n
    • Port\u00e1til e pr\u00e1tico (n\u00e3o \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel salas de alta complexidade e\/ou Centro Cir\u00fargico)<\/li>\n
    • A dura\u00e7\u00e3o da cirurgia \u00e9 muito mais curta – em torno de 5 minutos<\/li>\n
    • NASP \u00e9 feito de um pol\u00edmero transparente, que n\u00e3o \u00e9 trombog\u00eanico (menor risco de entupimentos)<\/li>\n
    • O sistema \u00e9 completamente fechado (n\u00e3o h\u00e1 risco do retorno do sangue retirado ou de entrada de ar)<\/strong>, mas permite inje\u00e7\u00e3o, aspira\u00e7\u00e3o e irriga\u00e7\u00e3o, caso aja alguma necessidade, atrav\u00e9s de 2 pequenos acessos laterais localizados no conector.<\/li>\n
    • Compat\u00edvel com exames de imagem TC ou RM (n\u00e3o gera artefatos ou distor\u00e7\u00f5es nas imagens)<\/li>\n
    • Substancial redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos promovida pela interna\u00e7\u00e3o hospitalar mais curta, redu\u00e7\u00e3o no uso de f\u00e1rmacos e medicamentos, menor \u00edndice de complica\u00e7\u00f5es no intra e no p\u00f3s operat\u00f3rio e na reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o otimizada do paciente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
